A booking is confirmed once Coconut Holiday has received the required advance payment and has sent a written confirmation. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise and may change until the booking is confirmed, because airfares, hotel rates, taxes and exchange rates change.
The advance payment and the date for the full payment are stated in your quotation. Services that are not paid in full by that date may be cancelled. Card installment facilities are available with the partner banks shown on this website.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport (at least six months of validity), visas, vaccination certificates and any other document your destination requires. Coconut Holiday assists with visa applications, but the decision to grant a visa is made only by the embassy or consulate, and their fees are not refundable.
Changes requested after confirmation depend on availability and the rules of the airline, hotel or service provider, and may carry charges. Cancellations follow our Refund Policy.
Coconut Holiday arranges services provided by airlines, hotels, transport and tour operators, and is not liable for their acts, delays or failures, or for events beyond our control such as weather, strikes, pandemics or government decisions. We will always help you find the best available alternative.
